Importance of User Experience – eBook

The term ‘User Experience’ (UX) was coined and popularized by Donald Norman the 1990s, but the development in this field can be traced back to the advent of the machine age in the 19th century when the people began interacting with devices.

Inspired by those smart frameworks, various innovations in design have led to the conventional procedures, where UX can be conveniently considered as the individual perception and thought influenced by the system’s properties and usage context.
